Common questions
As a thumb rule you need about 80 to 100 square feet of shadow free area per kilowatt. A 3 kW home system needs roughly 250 to 300 square feet.
Under the central PM Surya Ghar scheme residential consumers can receive Rs. 30,000 for 1 kW, Rs. 60,000 for 2 kW and Rs. 78,000 for 3 kW and above. We handle the full application for you.
A typical home installation takes three to five working days on site. Net meter installation by the DISCOM usually follows within two to four weeks.
An on-grid system draws from the grid whenever generation is lower than your consumption, so you never lose supply. Surplus generated during the day is exported and adjusted in your bill through net metering.
Modules carry a performance warranty of 25 to 30 years, inverters typically 5 to 10 years, and our workmanship warranty is 5 years. With an AMC the plant comfortably runs for 25 years.
Yes. Dust can reduce output by 15 to 25 percent. We recommend cleaning every fifteen to thirty days depending on your location, which is included in our AMC packages.
